Escape Society Trap with Joe Rogan

It took me years of backpacking, sleeping on the desert floor in the outback of Australia to understand this. I decided not to work at that point. I committed to never having a "Normal Job."

Make the decision today. There is a way. There is a way.

Make the decision and feel a deep energy shift.

Go back to this or the feeling when you need to. Make the shift.

If you need help find it.

Escaping The Society Trap

During that exploring time I read a lot of economics history, political history, biographies and autobiographies from the people that made the world the way it is today.

Since then I've been:

1. A youth worker in Apatula - Finke in the Northern Territory, right in the middle of Australia

2. I worked in community and agriculture projects in the South of Mexico, trying to find a way to make a difference.

I spent 4 years trying to find a way to make a difference in areas I didn't know much about, it almost got me killed a few times and I didn't make a difference. Worse, I got sick and ended up with chronic fatigue. NEW PLAN NEEDED - Get back into performance, what I know, what I was passionate about before becoming a professional backpacker / traveller.

3. Work 2 years in France with Catalans Dragons alongside Trent Robinson, I rebuilt my health and shared a lot of great stuff on Twitter and Blogs, I started to get an audience, do some courses and build the self-belief that was lost after many failed projects on the road.

4. 2013 - Premiership with the Sydney Roosters. I didn't want to live in Sydney, I didn't want to deal with the circus of the NRL but when I was given the chance to apply for head of strength and power at the Sydney Roosters I took it. It was that or leave strength and conditioning. Grow or die. As a staff with Trent Robinson created a culture of purpose, health and performance. We did everything differently. It worked. 2014 I wasn't full-time, I was ready for the next phase. We won 2 minor premierships, 2 club championships, the world club challenge and a grand final in those 2 years on the way to breaking the all-time record of ZERO score lines for opposition. Roosters finished the regular season in first place again last year.

CURRENT phase:

In late 2014 CoachKeegan became RealMOVEMENT Project together with a push from Drew and Ben Slater from Primal Sydney.

15 months since leaving the NRL Full-Time and we've now helped hundreds of performance coaches from Australia and Europe including helping:

33 performance coaches move into performance new facilities around the world+ 13 guys working with athletes full-time.

I left the NRL to change more lives and keep following my dream. I believe what Joe Rogan is talking about. If we try we can create an amazing society where everyone serves, everyone learned, everyone loves life. The current system isn't designed around these ideals.

The system is ready to be replaced. ENJOY this from Mr Joe Rogan.
