GF Apple Strudel Quinoa Porridge

1 cup quinoa flakes

  • 1 cup water

  • ½  cup raw milk or ½ cup coconut cream

  • 1 apple

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes

  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil/ Butter

Combine the water and quinoa flakes in a pot, cover and let simmer on a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile chop the apple into small pieces. Remove the pot from the hotplate and add apple, milk, cinnamon, seeds and nuts. Cover and let sit for about 2 minutes. Serve in a bowl and garnish with MCT oil and raw honey.
