Wayne Goldsmith has worked in sport for the past 28 years. He is an author, presenter, consultant, speaker and coach.

He's worked with the NRL, AFL, Rugby Australia, Swimming Australia, Triathlon Australia, Tennis Australia and several NRL, AFL and professional Rugby teams. His career has taken him to more than 30 countries and he's consulted with over 100 clients including USA Swimming, British Swimming, the New Zealand Rugby Union and many other Olympic sports and professional sporting teams in Australia and around the world.

Wayne's primary focus is on the future of sport and how to help coaches, parents, officials and sporting organisation build sustainably successful sporting environments for kids of all ages and stages of development.

I was fortunate to be part of several strategic planning days that Wayne facilitated while I was at the Sydney Roosters. Some of the best work got done during those days.

Wayne is very active on Facebook and shares a lot of content that will make you better.

His upcoming program focused at Sports Parents will be a game changer! Kids that get coached better, and parents that know how to support their kids. That’s the world we want!

Can’t speak highly enough of Wayne’s work. You will know what I mean after his chat.

RMVT Coaches summit Adrian O Brien.jpg

Adrian O’Brien

A long term member of Real MVMT, Adrian is a leader in his community.

A busy man juggling being a Dad, gym owner / operator, Head of Performance, podcaster, learner and kettle bell enthusiast!

Adrian has a passion for the ‘softer skills’ of Coaching. Connecting with people to develop relationships with meaning.

Another big aspect of Adrian’s coaching is ensuring his athletes and clients are enjoying themselves while working hard. Especially in those miserable Irish winters, enjoying your training becomes even more important.

Adrian is a leading performance coach in Gaelic games.

He hasn’t written a book yet, but could.

And he played a big part in getting this event together!

Derek Woodske

When Derek speaks, you listen!

His presentation from the last event hit a home run. Huge feedback.

Lots of hype in the community for the follow up!

Derek spent 4 years working for the Poliquin Institute. Time with the Cleveland Browns in the NFL.

Derek knows lots about lots of things!

This conversation will promote you to think. It will promote you to consider your own coaching and how you can apply principles to YOUR situation.

I love this dude. It’s not a plug and play system. It’s deep thought, then application.

A long time friend and contributor of our RMVT community.
