Sam_Boimov.png

Sam Boimov

United States

Sam suffered a knee injury two years ago. He tried physical therapy and many other methods without success and was close to giving up until he found ATG. He noticed right away that there was something different about the methods and after following the progressions with patience he was able to get back to Olympic lifting with full confidence and start hitting PRs again.

The reason he wanted to get this certification is because as a Olympic weightlifter knees are consistently put to the test and he knew if this worked for him it would be extremely valuable to other weightlifters where knee pain is just part of the culture.

Sam says, “If it can work for weightlifters than it can work for anyone. This system gives me full confidence that I can help anyone get out of his or her knee pain. It can be scaled up or down to any level and produces reliable results every time.”

Keagan_Bizzell_3.png

Keagan Bizzell

Australia

Keagan runs a barefoot strength and movement gym in Brisbane, Australia. For Keagan’s members, building a strong lower body foundation is critical, which was half the motivation for him to complete his Knee Ability Cert.

The other half of the motivation comes from his years in the Infantry as a Sniper. Carrying extremely heavy packs and gear up and over mountains and running with chest rigs caused excruciating knee, shin, and foot pain.

No specific strengthening exercises were ever done to prehab these injuries. It was part of Army life.
Since leaving the Army in 2016, Keagan has been on a mission to repair his body and only in the last 12 months since discovering Ben Patrick and Real Movement has he totally transformed his lower body ability and now moves pain free.

Grant Ford.png

Grant Ford

Australia

Grant was an instructor with the Kamon Martial Art Federation in the UK from 2002 until he moved to Australia with his family in 2012. In Australia, Grant qualified as a Personal Trainer and operated successfully in Perth, WA and then Caloundra, QLD before returning to the UK in 2016.

Grant was a founding member of the Combined Strength Group, which was formed by Andy McKenzie in 2015, for the continued professional development of trainers, strength coaches and fitness professionals. After working closely with Andy upon his return to the UK, Grant was made Head Coach of the Group in 2017.

In 2019, Grant returned to Western Australia and currently runs personal and small group training sessions in North Beach, WA.

Drawing from his experience with movement through martial arts and combining this with a love of strength training and calisthenics, Grant has developed a training style that develops strength and mobility through daily movement practices.

"I love training with people of all abilities, but for me, the most satisfying part of being a coach is not training athletes, but helping ordinary people improve the quality of their everyday lives. There are few better feelings than helping someone who has suffered with long term discomfort move freely and without pain."

Kalvin_Langenberg.png

Kalvin Langenberg

United States

Three years ago, Kalvin took on the challenge of trying to dunk a basketball. Being 5 foot 8 inches without any previous jumping background odds were against him. He did his research and managed to train to the point of reaching this target however his body suffered. He developed tendonitis in his right knee and both achilles along with intense back spasms whenever he played basketball. Then he found ATG and after one month was pain free.

After reaping the athletic and healing benefits of ATG, the philosophy behind their training was put to the test. Four months into the program Kalvin tore both his medial and lateral meniscus playing basketball. The lateral tear was a significant and required surgery. He decided to see if he could fix his knee without the surgery and instead use what he had learned from Ben. It was a great challenge mentally and physically. The benefits of not having the surgery outweighed the benefits of giving up and taking the more orthodox recommendation of treatment.

Kalvin trusted in his ability to restore his knee and knew he had to prove to others that they could be in control when it came to knee pain, and knee injury. After fixing himself he realized that his credibility was still not enough to confidently address the ability to help others. He started implementing the knee ability principals with many of his current clients who had knee problems as well as helping new clients and even just people who would come in for a free workout with their knee pain.

The reason he wanted to get his knee ability certification was to solidify with himself and others that he can, with full confidence, help anyone out of knee pain. By using the proper regressions, progressions, and tools, knee pain and knee injury recovery is going to be a thing of the past. Kalvin says “I’m happy to be apart of this era of new knowledge we can bring to others to help their lives and look forward to learning more and seeing who I can help next!”

kyle kock.png

Kyle Koch

United States

Kyle is a former IT software technician turned nature nerd who facilitates transformative experiences in nature for aspiring youth and adults. Kyle chose to do the knee certification after training with ATG and increasing his strength and skill exponentially in a short period of time. Traditional training for parkour athletes like himself didn’t address the lower body with the same precision. Training with ATG he took his vertical from 27 inches to 36 inches in less than a year!

He is now able to move with a certain confidence and freedom never experienced and wants to share this perspective with his students. His hope is to give people the strength to get outside, go on epic adventures and become a more heroic version of themselves.

Charlie O’Callaghan

Australia

Charlie is an avid footballer and enthusiastic coach who is taking his sports performance and career to a new level with his learning from the Knee Ability Certification.

He eventually grew tired of that life and wanted to not just be good but be the best version of himself in every way. Charlie joined RMVT 6 months ago and has already taken on several challenges with knee ability certification being one of his favorites.

He is applying knee ability to the general population as he believes it cures the majority of pain many people have. He takes this further by applying it to athletes including himself. So far he has cured a client from 6 years of torn ACL and knee pain in 8 weeks FLAT. Charlie himself is reaching for world-class levels as he is already amazed with his increase in speed and strength when he plays football just from achieving the cert standards. He believes the world would be a better place with RMVT education and every person would be minimum pain-free if not also performing sport to their best.
